So my most recent column came out today. It’s about how little knowledge employees know about their rights, and how can we solve this problem.
This leads me back to my suggestion that workers’ rights should be part of the education in some way. Even if one is to go through a skills-based route, rather than the academic route, information on employee rights should be disseminated. As a matter of fact, skills-based workers are the ones who need to know their rights even more
