New Group Class Schedule @ Activ Studio

New classes, conducted by me, will take place in Activ Studio in August 2013.

The days are:

  • Mon 0800 – Vinyasa (Legs & Butt) – A flow class that focuses on toning, strengthening and stretching your legs and butt, while connecting your mind to your body and your body to your mind.
  • Wed 0800 – Vinyasa (Arms & Abs) – A flow class that focuses on toning and strengthening your arms and abs, while connecting your mind to your body and your body to your mind.
  • Fri 0800 – Vinyasa (Chest & Back) – A flow class that focuses on toning, strengthening and stretching your chest and back, while connecting your mind to your body and your body to your mind.
