Yoga for Runners

Love running and would love to keep running forever? This programme is for you!

Running is great because it gets you moving and movement lifts and liberates your spirits. The more you run, the better you feel, and the more you want to run. However, sometimes the body needs to rest, to recover and this 8-week programme is designed to take runners towards a deeper relationship with their bodies, where a better understanding of their bodies will keep injuries at bay. Happy bodies make better runners!

Programme Details

  • Time: 1900 – 2015 Wednesdays, starting April 2
  • Venue: Manasa Yoga School 47A, SS2/64, Petaling Jaya
  • Fees: Early Birds RM800 (Sign up Before MARCH1), Regular RM950

About the teacher

Daniel Chandranayagam is a Manasa Yoga trained teacher who is also a boot camp instructor and a certified personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise. This 8-week programme will be held at Manasa Yoga School, an institution founded in 1999 by its principal teacher Manoj Kaimal. Over the years, Manasa Teacher Training has trained hundreds of yoga teachers who continue to proudly teach under the Manasa Yoga banner at home and abroad. Daniel is one of these dedicated teachers.
