Happiness in plain sight

My latest offering in the Sun. Honestly, happiness is something so sought after but personally I think it cannot be defined in material terms.

As I grew older, I realised that happiness was something everyone pursued. But people defined happiness differently. A grand wedding, a big car, a big house, nights out with glamorous friends at glamorous venues, a famous friend, all these are objects which people feel would lead them to happiness.

Some are fortunate because their spouse, friend, children, or bank account, has led them to happiness. This is good. Yet they are in the minority.

I came across an interesting list that mentioned 10 things one could do to be happier.
