link Advanced Foam Rolling

Here’s an interesting link on foam rolling. If you are not into yoga or static stretching, my suggestion is to do some foam rolling daily.

One Rebel Boot Camper has taken to half an hour of foam rolling on a daily basis and I was amazed at how flexible and how much more body awareness he has during Rebel Yoga Stretch sessions. Go to the link below for some advanced foam rolling techniques:
