You may be seeing some new faces in your yoga class.  More and more athletes are discovering the benefits of Bikram yoga, and it is increasingly being added to their training routines for reasons that range from cardio to flexibility to tendon strength to rehab to injury prevention.  Whatever their reason, Bikram yoga studios around the world are being filled by athletes, including celebrity practitioners like David Beckham, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, John McEnroe, and Serena Williams.
