Yoga Schedule Update (April 2017)

Here’s an update of my schedule for public classes, beginning from April 2017:

Monday:

Tuesday:

  • 1900 Bolster Yoga, Activ Studio (60 mins)

Friday:

Saturday:

  • 1115 Flow, Aravind Yoga (90 mins)

The other times are mainly private one-to-one and/or corporate sessions. You can also follow my schedule on Yoga Trail.

I hope to see you at any one of the above sessions (or more!).
