Here’s an update of my schedule for public classes, beginning from April 2017:
- 1900 Bolster Yoga, Activ Studio (60 mins)
- 2015 Ashtanga Inspired, Manasa Yoga (60 mins)
- 1115 Flow, Aravind Yoga (90 mins)
The other times are mainly private one-to-one and/or corporate sessions. You can also follow my schedule on Yoga Trail.
